SESSION FEES
The Session Fee is a charge that covers the time, materials and expertise needed
to photograph the subject and produce the originals. It is not a deposit and
includes no photographs. ALL Session Fees are DUE and PAYABLE at the TIME of the
CONSULTATION.
SELECTING YOUR PORTRAITS
You will preview your poses instantly as they are taken and enjoy a presentation
of all your poses and be placing your order immediately following the session.
This allows me to be more creative when I retouch and enhance your negatives.
Then the portraits will be printed at our new color lab to our strict standards.
Wait until you see what we can do. Placing your order the same day will allow us
to lower the price of our quality portraiture saving you time and money.
You’re about to become the “star” of your own TV show!!! That’s right!!! Through
the magic of technology, you will see your portraits shown on our “superview”
TV, in full display size, just as you would see at home, hanging over your sofa.
Not only will you be on television, but you will also be able to select the
exact size for your portrait that will display properly on your wall.
If you like, the day of the session you may bring someone special with you to
share this exciting show. In order to enjoy this show in a relaxed atmosphere,
and to prevent distractions when making your selections and purchasing
decisions, we strongly recommend that you not bring small children to this
session (we have to make the room dark to better see your portraits).
BEFORE HAVING YOUR SESSION DONE WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU:
1. Consider one or two places in your home where you may want to hang your
portrait
(over sofa, fireplace, stereo, etc.)
2. Please measure to insure the proper size portrait for the places in your
home
where you will hang your portraits.
3. Make a list of those to whom you will want to give gift portraits.
4. If you normally can see TV better with glasses, please don’t forget to bring
them.
ORDERING YOUR PORTRAITS
You will place your order for portraits the same day as your session. We require
that all persons involved in making decisions be present. Most Projection
Appointments take between ½ and 1 hour. One Projection appointment is included
with your session. If you require additional Projection Appointments for other
people to view your portraits, there is a charge of $25.00 per appointment. We
will be more than happy to help you in selecting the best poses, sizes and
finishes. Portraits, of course, are custom made items, so a deposit is required
at the time you place your order.
A minimum deposit of 50% is required when you place your order. The balance is
due upon completion of your order. We will give you an estimated completion
date, which can vary, depending on the complexity of your order and the amount
of required artwork. Please bear in mind that this completion date is an
estimate only, and your portraits may be completed before or after that date.
We will notify you as soon as everything is ready for delivery.
