Do you have Back-up Equipment
All our
Photographers carry back-up Cameras, Flashes, Cables, etc. I know it's expensive
for us to do this but YOUR Wedding is worth it.
When will I see my proof ? One Week
Whether you get married
Friday, Saturday or Sunday, YOUR Wedding Previews will be READY the following
Saturday Proof Magazines will take 2 weeks. WHY WAIT Two, or Even Three Weeks to
SEE Your Wedding Previews. Not at Livingstone Photography.
Are your albums guaranteed YES. Album For Life
Our Professional
Wedding Albums are Guaranteed For Life. These Albums are the very best albums we
can buy and after all YOUR Wedding is worth it. The Albums are Guaranteed all
over the world so no matter where you live you can get a replacement album if
you need to.
We wear Tuxedo's or suits when photographing your wedding. We have seen some
photographers and video people show up at weddings in jeans. What does that say
about your Wedding. They don't care. NOT Livingstone Photography . After all this is YOUR Special Day...
How many photographs will you take at my wedding? No Limits We don't have any limits on the amount of film or digital images we will use on YOUR wedding. Some Studio's only give the photographer a certain amount of film (I have heard 200 to 300.photos) Not Livingstone Photography. We can take anywhere between 600 to 1000 at your wedding depending on what is going on. DON' T forget we capture all the details that make your wedding special .

How many weddings do you do a Day?
We book only two wedding a day. This way you will have Barbara
or
Charles Livingstone doing your wedding. When you come in and book you will meet with Barbara.
When you have any photography done in the studio Charlie will do the sessions for you so
you and your fiance' will feel right at home with us... After all you don't want
some strangers showing up at your house on your wedding day.
We try to make having your Portraits Made FUN. Because we do so
many Weddings we know how to do our job fast so you don't have to spend all day
posing for YOUR Wedding Portraits. And you and your wedding party want to have
fun. Don't take my word ask Barbara for a list of recent brides that we have
photographed. Call them see for yourself.
Can we come back to the Studio?
We have one of the largest camera rooms around and if you need
to come back to the studio this is available to YOU. Look at some of the samples
we have done with wedding parties here at the studio.
Where will we do our Outdoor Photography?
Let us guide YOU to some of the Best Places to have
your Outdoor Photography done. We have done Weddings All over the state and we
have a place near the studio that's Absolutely Beautiful.
Wedding Photojournalism has emerged in the past decade as an alternative to
the traditional portrait oriented style of wedding photography. The
journalistic wedding photographer attempts to document the events of your
wedding as they happen, with little or no intrusion. Often wedding
photojournalists will start their documentation with images of the preparation,
and continue photographing to the end of the reception, with the goal of
creating a wedding album that resembles the classic "photo essay" made famous in
publications such as Life, Look and National Geographic. Fans of wedding
photojournalism feel that the images better capture the true emotions of the
wedding event, while at the same time allowing the bride and groom to enjoy
their time with family and friends.
Do I have to inform you of what events and groups I want to have photographed? Couples (as well as parents, etc.) are always encouraged to let us know about any specific photographs that are desired, and shortly before the wedding date I provide a simple questionnaire that will help organize the most important photographs . However, if no specific instructions are given, rest assured that we will photograph all of the highlights of the wedding day while you enjoy your wedding celebration.
How long we it take to get my finished album? We can have your custom album ready for you in about 5 weeks. Your reorders will be ready in about a week but we have to wait as your album is custom made for you.
Yes, you can choose any style any color all at no additional cost to you. I know others charge for names, dates, monograms and even the cover frame but not at Livingstone Photography.
Our wedding is not in Rhode Island. Will you travel? Yes, We will to travel to any location, as our schedule allows. You will only be responsible for actual travel expenses incurred, in addition to the normal fees.
We have been using film and digital for our weddings for the last year. We believe in using the right tool for the right job. We have taken images that we could not have done with film (come in and let us show you) Because you only have to use a little light with digital it’s perfect for Photojournalistic style photography. Let us show you what we have done. And remember we have all our work printed at one of the country's state of the art professional Color labs.
Do you photograph formal portraits as well? Absolutely. Unless otherwise instructed, we will photograph all of the standard group and individual portraits -- wedding party, families, bride and groom together and individually, etc. -- in addition to the journalistic images that have become the signature style of Livingstone Photography.
